Congratulations to Mridul Sawhney on winning the 2023 Novice Singles Club Championship.In a tightly contested semi-final

Mridul defeated Don Moe 8 – 7 to advance to the Final. In the other semi-final Shelley Onofrechuk defeated Bob Mack 11 – 2. 

In the final, Shelly put up a great fight but eventually succumbed by a score of 8 – 5 to Mridul.  Bob was victorious over Don in the Consolation Game.

So the Final results are ; 1st Place – Mridul Sawhney, 2nd Place – Shelley Onofrechuk, 3rd Place – Bob Mack and 4th Place – Don Moe.

On the first day of competition the following people bowled perfect ends: Don Moe, Mridul Sawhney, Bob Mack, Dave Smith, Shelley Onofrechuck and Paul Onofrechuck. Thank-you to the markers on Day 1 – Susan Metivier, Garry Stronach, Annetta Brownsword, Gina Guszowaty, Vinod Bakshi and Frank Stock. On Day 2 – Garry Stronach and Gaston Essiambre.
