10:30 – Arrive at the club. Pay your $5 entry fee and hand in your tag for the draw. Be ready for the 10:50 draw time.
11:00 a.m. – Game #1 is a fun game (In The River, 10-ends. Bowling north/south
12:30 – Lunchtime! BYO Lunch
1:30 pm – Game #2 is a regular game. 10-ends. Bowling east/west3:00 pm – Happy Hour, munchies and $$$ prizes
What to wear:
Whites, club colours (green & yellow) and the colours of the BC Flag! The colours of our BC Flag are: Red, Blue, Yellow/Gold, and White.
Bring Your Own Lunch:
The club is providing dessert, and tea & coffee at lunchtime. After our second game the bar will be open for Happy Hour, with some munchies provided. During Happy Hour (which most likely will last longer than an hour!), the prizes will be awarded. $100 of the sponsorship funds from Oceana parc, plus 80% of your $5 entry fee will be awarded in prizes on BC Day.
