The afternoon tea at Mann Park on Saturday June 16 went very well. The people in the kitchen did a splendid job, thank you. Just the right number of people attended. People who knew Tom were very special to him and those that braved the rain helped swell the numbers just enough. Tom’s family were very touched at the reception offered at the club, the speech Maurie made and the singing of the birthday anthem. Thank you all.
